In our production plants, Italian and German automated and semi-automated production equipment representing the most up-to-date technology, together with their excellently trained operating staff ensure the high production quality of our products.
Our products must only include raw materials provided by regularly inspected suppliers implementing very demanding requirements. Raw materials are only allowed to be included into production in case all their parameter values prove to be appropriate following the microbiological examination carried out by our own laboratory with good results.
Our Factory Measurement Data Acquisition System follows up the path of the product from kneading to packaging. This is a fixed system built into the automated production lines with integrated sensors and workstations used for carrying out the measurements at the intervals specified by the software. Data recorded by the system are accessible online for those properly authorised, so it allows professionals to take immediate action, if necessary.
Our Digital Quality Control System serves the purposes of controlling quality and hygiene in an objective way. With this internally developed mobile system monitoring takes place in accordance with a pre-determined structure and checklist. The checklist provides an opportunity for maximal surveillance, excluding the subjectivity of the workers. The system points out derogations, immediately alarming the responsible managers via their telephones. Thus immediate action may be taken.
