Fornetti has developed its own in-store automatic leavening machine, which enables the baking of bread-like bakery products, crescents and rolls on the spot, items primarily intended for our outlets operating in food stores. This automatic leavening machine is capable of freeze-storing and tempering products, which will wait for employees beginning their work in a pre-leavened, ready-to-bake state, thereby shortening and securing the manufacturing of green dough products. Of course, this independently developed device may also be used by our other outlets. The automatic leavening machine has been 100% developed by Fornetti, principally from component parts manufactured by Hungarian suppliers. It is certainly not a cheap device, but each of its parameters surpasses those of Western-European devices having similar functions, while its price remains significantly more modest.
